FULL LEGAL REPRESENTATION
Forming a New Nonprofit
For U.S. organizations that expect more than $50,000 in gross revenues in one of the first three years of operation, a complete package of legal services from incorporation through receiving tax-exempt designation is offered at $4500, which includes filing fees. This process can take 3 months or longer. Organizations planning international operations can expect to pay $5500 for this complete package of services, which can take 6 months or longer.
STRICTLY LEGAL SERVICES
I prefer to negotiate fixed-price fees for legal services in order to eliminate any surprises for you, the client.
If the client desires hourly billing, legal services are available at the hourly rate of $200. Travel time is billed at $50 per hour plus usual travel expenses. Compare my billing rate to others offering my services at $450 per hour.

And, this process can be completed in as little as 30 days!
ASSESSMENT OF
ORGANIZATIONAL OPERATIONS
A thorough review of the organization from both the legal and operational vantage points is undertaken for $7500. Beginning with a self-assessment process for leadership, staff, and board members to examine working relationships, this review involves an in-depth examination of the organization's records, procedures, and policies. Interviews are held with key staff and board members, and a written report with recommendations is presented and discussed in-person with the organization's leaders. The organizational assessment is designed to fit your organization's needs. Please CALL to set up an appointment to discuss the parameters of your assessment.
